The monitor that displays a few camera views in the corner of the office it a little temperamental about the the resolution. If it loses power, it will show a blank screen. Here’s how to fix it:

• Open it up in a browser. If you don’t know the IP address, it is in the DHCP table on the firewall under Axis-decoder. The username is root and the password is in the password manager under security.
• In the display tab, change the video output to 640×480 and click the save button, then change the resolution back to 1920×1080 and click the save button.
• That should fix it. The box running the monitor is either strapped to the back of the monitor or in the corner below the monitor.
