Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie and GarageBand apps for the iPad should be free if you purchased your iPad after September 1, 2013. But some people see them in the app store for full price. Follow the steps below and you should be able to get them for free:

1. Sign out from App store
2. Restart iPad
3. Go to App store and DO NOT SIGN IN
4. Go to the Keynote app (or whichever one you are trying to download) and hopefully you’ll see the ‘free’ button, tap it and sign in when asked. tada.
