A few weeks before the end of school, send out thes 4 groups of emails. Use the iPad Student Leases spreadsheet to determine which students receive which emails. You can use FACTS to send the emails (there should also be email templates in FACTS). I sent the emails to the parents and their students.

[TO DO] Lincoln Lutheran iPad lease is ending (return or purchase)
FREE 100% Scholarship Returning
You are receiving this email because you are leasing an iPad from Lincoln Lutheran, and the lease term has come to an end. As per the lease agreement, you can choose from these options:
- Turn the erased iPad in to Lincoln Lutheran (along with the charging cable and charger). You may lease a new iPad from Lincoln Lutheran beginning next school year. Please make sure your iPad is completely erased, or we will have to charge you for it. I can help erase it if you’d like.
- Continue to lease your current iPad for $0.00/month (if you do this, your next opportunity to lease a new iPad won’t be until NEXT MAY). The downside here is that you have an older iPad for the next school year.
- Pay the $528 leasing fee, then purchase the iPad from Lincoln Lutheran for $1.00. (Don’t pick this one, you would be much better off returning your iPad and buying a new iPad from Walmart for less money –but it is an option provided for in the lease agreement).
Please let me know which option you prefer. I am glad to answer any questions you might have.
