Our new teacher/office Windows computers will occasionally not show the video for an embedded video in Canvas or on YouTube.com. This might display as a blank green or black canvas where the video should be playing.

The solution (for now) is to turn off chrome’s hardware acceleration. You can do that by following this link: chrome://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode

Disable the first item, scroll to the bottom and restart the browser.
