Below are instructions for viewing a group of students by class, activity, or home room (in our case Access or Focus) in FACTS. You can do whatever you want to with the group after you have them. The instructions below assume you are doing some type of grade check.

1. Select Students in the upper right.
2. Click on the “Advanced Filter” icon next to Students (pizza menu?).
3. Select from Class, Class: Activity, or Class: Homeroom (for Access or Focus only).
4. Select the class or activity you would like to look at.

5. Click on the student you want to look at on the left.
6. Click on Academics on the right, and you will see all the grades. At this point you can move on to the next student by clicking on their name on the left or…
7. Click on the grade you want to look at in more detail.

• After you’re done looking at the details, you can click the little return button that I forgot to circle in the image below, or probably (here I’m just guessing) click on Academics again on the right.
