Head Coaches, Directors, and Advisors at Lincoln Lutheran receive both FACTS and Canvas accounts automatically. Additionally, your students are automatically connected to your program in both of these tools. These tools are available to you, but you are not required to use them. It could be that you have other tools that accomplish these things or you might not need them at all.

FACTS & Canvas

FACTS: You can use FACTS to send an email to all of their players and/or all of the parents of their players; to look up the grades for all of their players; to check on things like: allergies, emergency contacts and such.

Canvas: You can use Canvas to give materials to players (play books, videos, links, readings…) and to assign tasks to students. If this doesn’t make sense to you, maybe ask Coach Wieting to show you how he uses Canvas with the high School Football program.

Logging in

FACTS First Login Only:

1. Go to https://accounts.renweb.com/password/forgot
2. For District Code enter LL-NE
3. For Username enter the email address you gave to Lincoln Lutheran (a different email address will not work here).
4. Click the blue Submit button and check your email for an email from FACTS that will tell you how to set your password.

FACTS All Future Logins:

1. Go to https://accounts.renweb.com/Account/Login (note this is different from the parent login for FACTS)
2. Enter “LL-NE”, your email address, and the password you chose above, then click the LOG IN button.

Canvas First Login Only:

1. Go to: https://ll.instructure.com/login/canvas
2. Click the “Forgot Password?” link.
3. Enter the email address you gave Lincoln Lutheran and click the “Request Password” button.
4. Check your email for an email from Canvas that will tell you how to set your password.

Canvas All Future Logins:

1. Go to: https://ll.instructure.com/login/canvas
2. Enter your email address, and the password you chose above, then click the “Log In” button.
